Lander IV 36mm and Classic Steel Bracelet For 36mm Watches

A CLASSIC REDEFINED

The new Lander IV 36mm takes our best-selling GMT watch and packages its iconic design into a slim 36mm steel case. The new watch retains all the features of the original Lander, such as the iridescent sea-green dial with its triple step and colour-matched date window. The hour markers are crisp Arabic numerals that are printed with Super-LumiNova and they’re paired with a fully-graduated minute track along the outer edge of the dial. The watch uses a silver syringe handset that’s also filled with Super-LumiNova, along with an orange seconds hand tipped with the Farer logo. The GMT function enables the wearer to track a second time zone, and it comprises of a bright red GMT hand coupled with a 24-hour scale printed outside the hour markers.

Features

One Dial, Two Time Zones - The Lander is equipped with a GMT function, which allows the wearer to track a second time zone.

Night Light - The hands, hour markers, and 24-hour scale all have an application of Super-LumiNova to ensure that they're as legible in the dark as they are during the day.

Exhibitionist - The Lander has a sapphire crystal exhibition case back, through which you can watch the beautiful Sellita SW330-2 movement tick away.

STORY

Named after Richard Lander – the son of a Cornish innkeeper born in 1804. His career started in 1825 on an expedition to West Africa where he became the only surviving European member to return home alive. He then bravely went back to what is now present-day Nigeria in search of finding a trading settlement on the River Niger.
