The latest version of the Endeavour Aqua Compressor emerges from the depths with a couple of subtle updates. Firstly, both of the screw-down crowns are now machined from solid grade 2 titanium. Secondly, the dial is now in an even richer abyss black. The incredibly light-absorbant matte black offers some extreme contrast with the polished steel hands and markers, which are filled with luminous X1 Super-LumiNova. The result is a dive watch that offers the ultimate in legibility in all conditions.
Unlike more conventional dive watches, the Aqua Compressors feature an internal rotating bezel. This is the same super-matte abyss black as the dial, and it’s printed with luminous white minute markers, along with graduations up to the 20-minute mark.
In charitable partnership with The Hebridean Whale and Dolphin Trust (HWDT) we are proud to have already raised £53,500, and with the second series of the Titanium Aqua Compressor, we aim to hit our target of £60,000. Exploration and discovery are at the core of Farer and helping to keep HWDT's boat - The Silurian – in service, is close to our hearts. This floating classroom gathers important data via its loyal team of volunteers and reaches 20,000 people every year who are educated on the conservation of sea mammals in Western Scotland.

Compression Innovation - Just like vintage EPSA super compressors, the Aqua Compressor case uses the pressure of the water to compress the gaskets sealing the watch, thus increasing the watch's water resistance the deeper it goes.
Light & Strong - The case of the Aqua Compressor is crafted from grade 2 titanium and is remarkably light, weighing just 62g. It measures 41mm in diameter, with a 45mm lug-to-lug, and is just 12.5mm thick.
Twin Crowns - The Aqua Compressors feature the twin crowns that are a signature of compressor dive watches. Both crowns screw down and are titanium inset with bronze caps that feature a crosshatch pattern and the Farer logo. The bottom crown operates the bezel and the top sets the time.
Luminous Quality - The Aqua Compressor features a generous application of Grade X1 Super-LumiNova across the hands, hour markers, and bezel, ensuring it's readable in any light.
Quick-Release - The Aqua Compressor is supplied on a fitted rubber strap that features a chunky titanium buckle and quick-release spring bars for easy strap changes.
STORY
Named after Captain Cook’s Royal Navy research vessel, HMS Endeavour. Departing Plymouth in August 1768, HMS Endeavour began a nearly three-year journey into the unknown – headed into the uncharted oceans of the southern hemisphere. She rounded Cape Horn and travelled through the Pacific islands to New Zealand – eventually becoming the first known ship to reach the east coast of Australia. She returned to Britain in July 1771, her crew sworn to secrecy about what they had discovered on their voyage.
